Shipping & Returns

UK shipping is £4.00 (for multiple items we add an additional £2 per item to the total shipping)

Any orders over £130 from the UK are shipped free of charge.

Worldwide shipping is £15 (for multiple items we add an additional £3 per item to the total shipping)

All orders are dispatched from Barcelona, Spain with international tracking.

This will deliver your parcel within approximately 7 - 10 working days.

Customs charges may apply to some worldwide orders – all applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. By law, we are required to state the value of your order directly on the parcel, and it is at the discretion of customs agents to release your parcel.

Please note that delivery timescales are estimates and are not guarranteed, so please allow plenty of time for orders to arrive.

Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving them and refunds will be processed in receipt of receiving the goods back, they must be returned in the original condition they were dispatched in, the buyer is responsible for the return postage cost. Please contact us prior to returning any items.

Faulty Items

Please contact us if you find you have received a faulty or damaged item, please note the majority of our items are second hand and may very well show signs of use & wear and tear.
